These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hz888 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us"), governing your access to and use of the hz888 website located at https://hz888.im and all associated services, products, software, and content offered therein.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the hz888 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering your hz888 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. hz888 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Your account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — must be kept strictly confidential.

hz888 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank transfers, and USDT via the TRC20 network. hz888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your hz888 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. hz888 may reject any deposit or withdraw from an unverified or mismatched payment source.

• hz888 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• For live casino games, the rules of the game provider apply. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-round, hz888's game completion policy will apply as described in the game's help documentation.

hz888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, manipulation, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker-style games.

• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward hz888 staff or other players.

hz888 is genuinely committed to the wellbeing of every player on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a source of stress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every hz888 account holder at no cost, effective immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or hard limits to manage the time you spend on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hz888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any hz888 content without explicit written permission from hz888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hz888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to hz888 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• hz888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• hz888 is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party network failures, payment gateway outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or other events beyond hz888's reasonable control.
• hz888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of hz888 complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

hz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days. hz888 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
